​To be eligible for a refund, (A REFUND at Skinland MEANS AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT), Product must either be defective, in bad condition or the wrong order. 

Customers eligible for a refund, will be able to return their products within 3 days of delivery with their invoice for an exchange or store credit (equivalent to the exact worth of your product) which can be used on our online store. Please note that refunds of money will only take place if a product cannot be replaced or exchanged.
