References in these Terms and Conditions to "we", "us" and "SkinlandOnline" are to www.SkinlandOnline.com

1. Online Shopping

1.1 We truly value you as a customer. We are taking care to ensure that all prices, pictures and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our returns policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.

 

1.2 We will not be liable if for any reason the skinlandonline website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all the SkinlandOnline website.

 

2. Order Processing

Most of the time we do NOT ship orders the same day. It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you placed your order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders received after 2pm are normally processed the next business day.

 

2.1 All orders that you place on this skinlandonline website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

1. The product you ordered is out of stock;
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
3. We have identified a pricing or product description error;
4. There is a system or procurement failure.

 

2.3 When you place an order on our website we will email your order detailing the product you have ordered and the payment method used.  We currently do not have a “pick-up” option. All orders are strictly given to you by delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order

3.1 It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at skinlandonline@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

4. Shipping Promotions

4.1 Free shipping is available for all orders of 20,000 Naira or more.

4.2 From time to time we may offer Discounted or FREE shipping promotions. Discounted or FREE shipping is only available in the confines of Lagos State.

 

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been delivered and it has not been dispatched, you can cancel the order by contacting SkinlandOnline Customer Service team on +2348086949123 or skinlandonline@gmail.com

5.2 As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.

7. Payment Methods

7.1 We only accept payment for orders in the Nigerian Naira.

7.2 We accept payment on Delivery, MasterCard and Visa cards

7.3 We are taking all reasonable measures, to keep the details of your purchase and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the SkinlandOnline website.

7.4 By buying one of our product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

8. Pricing Policy

8.1 Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

9. Product Availability

9.1  Once an item is sold out, it would show “Out of Stock”. We usually restock within 3 to 5 days and it will be updated to “available” as soon as the product is back in stock.

10. Member Account

Registering and using SkinlandOnline website may involve you setting up an account and giving a password. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the password, and all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or password and any breach of security or misuse or suspected breach of security or misuse of the service, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session if you use a shared computer. SkinlandOnline cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

11. Content/Activity Prohibited

11.1 Please choose carefully the information you post on the SkinlandOnline website and that you provide to other users. You must not misuse the SkinlandOnline website. You will not send or otherwise post unauthorised commercial communications to users (such as spam); upload viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code; corrupt data; cause annoyance to others users; post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence; use the SkinlandOnline website to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory; facilitate or encourage any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

1. SkinlandOnline advises you not to reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else to random users that would allow you to be identified including but not limited to: telephone number, home address, business address, delivery address or email address.
2. SkinlandOnline reserves the right to close user accounts if we believe a user is using proxy Internet Protocol addresses (IPs) as a method to hide the use of multiple accounts or to disrupt any of our services in any way. If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community we may take action against you and close your accounts.
3. By submitting any non-personal material to us, you automatically grant SkinlandOnline a royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, modify, edit, adapt, publish, re-use, translate, distribute, perform and display such material in whole or part worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
4. You acknowledge that we are not obliged to publish any material submitted by you.
5. By submitting any material to us, you agree to use the SkinlandOnline website in accordance with these Rules and website Terms and Conditions.
6. If you fail to abide by these Rules you may be sent an email, which informs you, why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts. Action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of the SkinlandOnline website.

12. Liability and Indemnity

12.1 SkinlandOnline shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the material on this website or the performance of the product purchased through the website or the conduct of other users of this website, even if SkinlandOnline has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 SkinlandOnline website may also contain links to other websites, which are not operated by SkinlandOnline. When you activate any of these you will leave the SkinlandOnline website and we have no control over, and will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of, the material on any website which is not under our control.

12.3 You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.

12.4 We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

14. Jurisdiction

The website is controlled and operated in the Nigeria. Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the laws of Nigeria and any dispute concerning use of this website will be determined exclusively by the Nigerian Courts.

15.1 We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.

15.2 We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

15.3 If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.
